A thick, honey and soy bean based, oriental barbecue sauce. The rich tangy sweet taste gives new dimension to barbecued, baked, or grilled meat, especially chicken wings. Can be used as a marinade or brush-on.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut 450 g (1 lb) pork tenderloin into 2 strips.
2. Marinate with 5 tbsp Char Siu sauce for 2 hrs.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180¡ãC (350¡ãF) for 15 minutes.
4. Turn and bake for another 15 minutes. Brush with honey and bake for 2 more minutes.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 120 g (4oz) minced beef/pork for ? minute, put on dish.
2. Add 1 tbsp Minced Garlic and 2 ? tbsp Chilli Bean, 350g (12oz) diced bean curd, beef/pork and 3 tbsp water, cook through.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 120 g (4 oz) Shredded beef fillet, ? shredded onions and ? shredded bell pepper in 2 tbsp oil until done.
2. Stir in 300 g (10 oz) cooked spaghetti, 3-4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and heat through.
3. Serves 1-2.

A mildly hot Chilli sauce blended with garlic for perfect dipping. It is also good as a stir-fry sauce for meats, fish, vegetables and noodles. (Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce is used together in some stir-fry recipes or as a marinade for meats).

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 450 g (1 lb) shelled prawns in 2tbsp oil until almost done.
2. Add 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce and stir well until prawns are done.
3. Sprinkle with 1 shredded spring onion.
4. Serves 4.
